Does this wireless charging pad work with any micro USB or USB-C device?

It works only with the devices that has Qi-enabled wireless charging ability. It does not depend on the connector type that the device uses.

Can this wireless charging pad be used for all Moto Z family phones by themselves without an additional wireless mod installed?

No. You need to have Motorola wireless charging mod to use with Moto Z family phones together in order to enable wireless charging. Moto Z family phones cannot be wireless charging without Motorola wireless charging mod installed.

Does this wireless charging pad work with Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus or Moto G7 series?

No. These phones do not have wireless charging ability.

What are the output specs on this charger?

10W. Please keep in mind that the output depends on the ability of your device, so 10W may not be fully utilized.

How long is this cord?

The cable is 6.6 feet or 2 meter long.

Can I use this same data/charge cable for transferring photos and other data from my Motorola phone to a computer?

Yes. The cable, which is included with the charger, is a full-function USB 2.0 data cable that can transfer data between the phone and computer when connected.

Does this wireless charging pad work with iPhones?

No, This device does not charge iPhones, but the TurboPower 15W Wireless Charging Pad is compatible with wireless charging iPhones

Troubleshooting

Why is my wireless pad not charging?

- Ensure your device is Qi compatible.

- Ensure your pad is oriented correctly, with the side with only the Motorola Logo facing up and the LED facing the surface of the table.

- Ensure there are no metal or magnetic objects between the phone and the pad (i.e. credit cards, rings, etc.)

- Restart your device.

*Note wireless charging will have a maximum output however the phone will dictate the charging speed, and may reduce speed to preserve phone integrity.

How to obtain warranty service or other information

Please contact Motorola using the contact details provided on the customer support website at www.motorola.com/support.

You will receive instructions on how and where to ship the Product for assessment. We will generally need: (i) proof of purchase; (ii) a written description of the problem; (iii) the name of your mobile network service provider, if applicable; (iv) your address and telephone number. We will only use this information for the purposes of processing your claim under this Limited Warranty.

You will receive instructions on how to ship the Products, Accessories or Software, at your expense, to a Motorola Authorized Repair Center. To obtain service, you must include: (a) a copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase; (b) a written description of the problem; (c) the name of your service provider, if applicable; (d) the name and location of the installation facility (if applicable) and, most importantly; (e) your address and telephone number.
